The challenge
AI generated photos making luxury properties look souless
Habitat sells high-end property in central Copenhagen and the wealthier areas around it, and like most agencies they were running iPhone photos through AI software to tidy them up. It works, up to a point. The images come out cold and flat, and a buyer scrolling a portal feels like each home could be an AI rendering, which is a problem when the whole sale rests on how a place feels to walk into.
The approach
Making the property look warm and inviting
They picked a single property to test on, which kept the risk small and made the comparison direct. We shot it properly and graded it with warmth and depth rather than the even, icy light the software produces, so the images sat at the same level as the house. That worked well enough that the scope grew into walkthrough videos and short social reels for another property.
The result
A new prolonged collaboration
This is a recent engagement, so there are no long-term figures to show yet. The test listing did what it was meant to do though, and the work grew from stills on one property into walkthroughs and highlight reels as a standing part of how they take a home to market.
